A Man is said to commit “Rape” when he has sexual intercourse with a woman in any of the following circumstances:
1. Against Her Will.
2. Without Her Consent.
3. With Her consent By forcing Her or any person who is related to her, in fear of Death Or of hurt.
4. With Her Consent, When A man knows that he is not her husband, and she has given her consent because she believes him to be her husband.
5. With Her Consent, this happens when at the time of consent she may be intoxicated or due to unsoundness of mind. That could have happened because of man giving her some drugs ,or any unwholesome substance.While she is unable to understand the outcome of her consent.
6. With Or Without Her Consent .When She is Under Sixteen (16) Years Of age.There are exceptional cases as well,where sexual intercourse by a man with his own wife & the wife not being under fifteen years of age,that’s not Rape.
