#Maharashtra: A man & his wife in Palsavade, Satara arrested after they were seen thrashing a 3 month pregnant female guard, allegedly over a forest labourer transfer dispute. The man is ex-sarpanch & member of local forest committee.
Satara SP Ajay Kumar Bansal says, “We are checking if any harm was caused to the foetus. If it is found to be the case, relevant section will be added. Prima facie no damage found.”
