कल दिनांक 9/2/2021 को कमिश्नरेट गौतमबुद्धनगर पुलिस व D.O.T. टीम को सूचना प्राप्त हुई थी कि एच ब्लॉक सेक्टर 63 में एक कंपनी द्वारा नेट कनेक्शन लेकर नेट के माध्यम से प्राप्त कालों को अपना एक निजी सर्वर के माध्यम से फोन कॉल में कन्वर्ट किया जा रहा है इस सूचना पर D.O.T. टीम और कमिश्नरेट गौतमबुद्धनगर पुलिस और एटीएस नोएडा द्वारा संयुक्त कार्यवाही की गई मौके पर एच ब्लॉक सेक्टर 63 में बीएसआई पार्क के फर्स्ट फ्लोर में एक बेस्ट स्टार बी के इंटर प्राइस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी के कॉल सेंटर द्वारा जम्मू कश्मीर के लोगों को ग्रोसरी सामान डिलीवरी का ऐड किया जा रहा है परंतु कंपनी द्वारा फर्जी तरीके से अपना एक निजी सर्वर लगाकर नेट के माध्यम से प्राप्त कालों को लैंड करा कर फोन कॉलिंग कराई जा रही है जिससे भारत सरकार को भारी राजस्व की हानि हो रही है और अभियुक्तगण द्वारा 20 से 25 लाख रुपए महीने की अवैध रूप से कमाई हो रही है इस कंपनी को करम इलाही पुत्र अली मोहम्मद निवासी मकान नंबर 128 निकट मस्जिद शरीफ तालीम नगर रुहामा थाना पांजला जिला जिला बारामुला जम्मू कश्मीर बासित फारूक डार पुत्र फारूक अहमद डार निवासी भटपुरा जिला सोपुर जम्मू-कश्मीर द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है इस कंपनी में बासित और कर्म इलाही की पत्नी आसिया अफजल लोन डायरेक्टर है प्रारंभिक जांच में अभियुक्त द्वारा नेट से प्राप्त कॉल अवैध रूप से फोन कॉलिंग में कन्वर्ट कराया जा रहा था विस्तृत पूछताछ और विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है। अभियुक्तगण द्वारा उक्त कम्पनी कार्यालय खोलने के लिये बिल्डिंग मालिक से 30.12.2020 को रेन्ट एग्रीमेन्ट किया गया था दिनांक 04.01.2021 को उक्त कम्पनी प्रारम्भ की गयी थी । मामला इंटरनेशनल कॉलिंग (अवैध एक्सचेंज)से संबंधित होने के कारण संवेदनशील था अतः भारत सरकार की अन्य एजेंसियों को सूचित किया गया। जिन के द्वारा विस्तृत पूछताछ की जा रही है। अभियुक्तगण द्वारा अपराध करने के लिये नेट टाटा कंपनी से , जिओ कंपनी से 500 चैनल , टाटा कंपनी से 300 चैनल, सिप सर्वर, एसएसडी, टाटा का मक्स, टाटा का मीडिया सी.पी.यू. जिओ का ओ.टी.बी, फोनर लाइट ऐप के माध्यम से वॉयस ओवर इंटरनेट प्रोटकॉल से सिप सर्वर पर लैंड कराकर टाटा ,जिओ के चैनल के माध्यम से इंडियन पार्टी को ट्रांसफर की जाती थी। अभियुक्त करम इलाही को कंपनी से गिरफ्तार किया गया है।*
*बरामदगी उपकरण व उनका कार्यः*
1. सिप सर्वरः विदेशो से VOICE कॉल को भारत में लैण्ड कराने के लिये ।
2. सिप ट्रकः (चैनल) लोकल कॉल जेनरेट होकर मोबाईल या लैण्ड लाईन पर जाती है और रिसीवर के मोबाईल फोन पर टाटा या जियो के सिग्नल प्रदर्शित होंगे ।
3. हार्ड डिस्क: SSD की
4. टाटा का मक्सः 300 टाटा चैनल व नैट 100 MBPS व एक 50 MBPS जियो में चल रहा है ।
5. CPU: 17 प्रोसेसर का टर्मिनल पर कनैक्ट है ।
6. सै0 60 सै0 63 नोएडा पर एक जियो की OTB लगी है जो प्रोसेस में है 100 चैनल के लिये ।

Yesterday on 9/2/2021, Commissioner Gautam Buddha Nagar and D.O.T. team received information that the calls received through the net by a company in H- Block Sector 63 Noida are being converted into phone calls through their own private servers by the company , on this information D.O.T. Team and Commissionerate Gautam Buddha Nagar along with ATS Noida Took quick action.The call center of Best Star BK Enterprise Private Limited Company in the first floor of BSI Park in H Block of Sector 63 is being assisted for the delivery of grocery goods to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, but Phone calling is being made by the company by fake setting up its own private server and landing calls received through the net, causing huge revenue loss to the Government of India
And the accused is making illegal money of 20 to 25 lakh rupees a month by this company Karam Ilahi son of Ali Mohammed resident house number 128 near Masjid Sharif Talim Nagar Ruhama police station Panjala district district Baramula Jammu Kashmir Basit Farooq Dar son of Farooq Ahmed Dar resident Bhatpura District Sopor is being operated by Jammu and Kashmir.
In this company Basit and Karam Ilahi’s wife Asiya Afzal is the loan director. Initial investigation, the call received from the net by the accused was being illegally converted to phone calling. Detailed inquiry and legal action is being taken. A rent agreement was made by the accused with the building owner on 30.12.2020 to open the said company office.The said company was started on 04.01.2021. The matter was sensitive as it was related to international calling (illegal exchange) and therefore other agencies of the Government of India were informed who are making detailed inquiries. Net from Tata company for committing crimes by accused 500 channels from Jio company, 300 channels from Tata company, SIP server, SSD, Tata’s MUX, Tata’s media CPU Jio’s OTB was transferred from the Voice over Internet Protocol through the Fonner Lite app to the Indian party via Tata, Jio’s channel after landing on a SIP server. The accused Karam Ilahi has been arrested from the company.
Seized Equipment and their Functions: * 1. SIP Server: To land VOICE calls from abroad to India. 2. SIP Truck: (Channel) Local call is generated and goes on mobile or land line and Tata or Jio signals will be displayed on the receiver’s mobile phone. 3. Hard disk: SSD’s.
4. Tata’s Max: 300 Tata channels and nets running in 100 MBPS and one 50 MBPS Jio. 5. CPU: 17 processors are connected to the terminal. 6. There is a Jio OTB on SAC 60 C 63 Noida which is in the process for 100 channels. 7.tb Necessary legal action is being taken after extensive inquiry.
